An elegant friend has returned! Lady Hannah Fruit and Herb Tisane is a beautiful whole fruit tisane composed of dried berries, hibiscus, apple, rosehip and papaya.  Lady Hannah steeps to a delicious hot pink infusion full of strawberry and lemony citrus flavor. Because it is a naturally caffeine-free tisane, Lady Hannah makes a perfect cup to enjoy all throughout the day.

Lady Hannah Fruit and Herb Tisane is enjoyable served hot and is excellent served over ice. Due to the inclusion of hibiscus petals, the addition of sugar or sweetener is encouraged. Adding cow’s milk to this fruity tisane is not recommended as it would curdle. Coconut milk or other plant based milk may be a pleasing addition.

To prepare Lady Hannah Fruit and Herb Tisane, measure one to two heaping teaspoons of tea leaves per one cup of water. Infuse 8-10 minutes. It is not recommended to steep fruit and herb tisanes more than once.

½ cup Lady Hannah whole fruit blend
#4 TeaBrew Filter
6 cups filtered water, divided
¾ - 1 cup sugar

Measure ½ cup Lady Hannah whole fruit blend into #4 TeaBrew Filter. Temper large tea pot or heat-resistant pitcher. (To temper a pot or pitcher, simply fill with very hot tap water and allow to sit until vessel material is warmed. Once warm, empty the water from the pot or pitcher.) Place tea filter in pot or pitcher. Set aside.

Bring 4 cups of fresh, filtered water to almost a rolling boil. Carefully, pour water over the filter into the tea pot or pitcher. Position top of filter so that the tea is completely submerged, but the top is easy to grab. Infuse 10 minutes. Remove filter.

Add sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in remaining 2 cups of water and stir again. Allow infusion to cool completely before serving over ice.

Store Lady Hannah Fruit and Herb Tisane in a cool, dry place away from bright light. Store up to one year under proper conditions.
