Cream Earl Grey Black Tea is a must for the avid Earl Grey tea drinker! The traditional flavor of Earl Grey is mellowed with creamy vanilla overtones and accented with delicate blue cornflower petals. Cream Earl Grey is a delicious cup perfect for all day drinking as the caffeine level is medium.
Cream Earl Grey Black Tea is excellent served either hot or iced and takes well to sugar, honey and other sweeteners. Milk may also be added to accentuate the notes of vanilla.
To prepare Cream Earl Grey Black Tea, measure one teaspoon of tea leaves per one cup water. Infuse 3-5 minutes. This tea may also be prepared using the cold-infusion method. Using the same measurements, drop tea infuser into a clean glass jar or small pitcher. Place in refrigerator 8-12 hours (or overnight). Cold-infused tea has higher levels of antioxidants, less tannins and less caffeine. To warm, simply pour the cold-infused tea into a saucepan over medium heat and gently warm to desired temperature.
Due to the inclusion of black tea leaves, Cream Earl Grey Black Tea may be infused a second time, although flavor will be lighter, using either traditional infusing methods or cold-infusion.
Store Cream Earl Grey Black Tea in a cool, dry place away from bright light.
