These teas have exceptional flavor and are completely guilt-free! Black teas do contain moderate levels of caffeine.
To prepare these teas, measure one heaping teaspoon of tea leaves for one cup of water. Place in infuser or filter and pour freshly boiled water over. Infuse 3-5 minutes and discard tea leaves.
Store black tea out of direct light in a cool dry place. For maximum freshness, tea leaves should NOT be stored in the refrigerator.
